The translation fees include translation of the text, review of the translation, and formatting of the file to mirror the source. Our translations are carried out by qualified specialists, while the review of the translation is typically assigned to a native speaker and experienced reviewer of the target language.

We issue invoices upon the completion of the translation services. The payment term is 30 days unless otherwise is agreed upon. The due fees can be paid through PayPal, e-banking, or a payment slip. Translation services will begin immediately after receiving the client’s confirmation to proceed and project code via email.

You can send us the translation materials via our website, e-mail, mail, or by contacting us in person. We accept all types of documents and files, from computer files to paper documents.

This process depends on the format of the text that you send us for translation. If the text is received in an editable format, the word count is quickly calculated using the software. If you send the text in a non-editable format, we will first convert it into an editable format, and then based on the number of words, the number of standard pages is calculated. Based on the latter, we calculate the translation fees.

The standard translation page is a special measurement unit in our industry for document translation. A standard page typically includes 250 words. Therefore, if you want to pre-calculate your expenses, you must use the special coefficients that are established between language pairs.

Satisfying our customers is always a priority for our company. We understand plans do not always go as scheduled and very last-minute translation is occasionally required. As soon as our team is on standby and available, we're ready to swiftly address your needs, ensuring the fastest turnaround possible. After receiving your request within an hour, we will provide you with the deadline required to complete the project.

For simultaneous interpretation, our fees start with a minimum of two-hour and on. Fees may vary depending on the demand for the required language in the local market. For example, in an area where many Arabic language interpreters are available, the cost is often lower than in areas where few are available.

Connect times are very important; the shorter they are, the more time and money you save. Taking too long to connect to an interpreter may cause your customer to hang up.
